Her performance during the last sale took the cake! We put the house on the market Saturday, and by Tuesday she showed up with 3 solid offers that she had gone over and printed out for us. She explained the details of each and advised us on which one to counter and how to do it to make it binding -avoiding any "change of hearts" at a later date. That part was important to us since we were in the process of moving to Europe we left before the closing date entrusting Steph to take care of the details. This was the 5th time she did a closing for us in absentia never a problem. I've had to deal with many (too many) REALTORS® in my life, not too many were pros but Ms. Kronen is, and I recommend her 100%."

Several issues came up in the process of buying my house and she handled all of them promptly and professionally. It was clear that she understood the market very well and all the nuances that come with real estate transactions. I chose her as my listing agent when I sold my house in 2017. This time a thorny issue arose with the title search. Under tight time pressure, she tracked down the appropriate individual and as a result, my house closed on schedule.
